Q. What are "Exclusive Experience" Offers?

These are travel packages or one-day experiences that can be purchased at a fixed price in the form of a redeemable offer letter. They are typically are not found anywhere else online and are special packages assembled by our partners for WineCountry.com.

 

Q. Is the price listed per person, or for the total experience?

A.

The offers are generally priced and based on two people sharing accommodations; any exceptions will be noted in the Offer and in the “Terms and Conditions" section on the offer page. The price listed is the total for the entire package, and the description will specify how many people fit the accommodations. Prices may or may not include any applicable taxes, tips, or service charges associated with use of the offer.

 

Q. How do I know if my preferred dates are available?

A.

If your travel dates are restricted or limited, we suggest you contact the property prior to purchasing your Exclusive Experience package to inquire about availability, for your preferred dates, in the room category of the package. Please note that availability can and may change between the time of your inquiry and the actual date of your travel package redemption. Because the travel packages are non-refundable, the more flexible your dates are, the better this type of purchase will work for you.

 

Q. Are taxes and service charges included?

A.

In most cases, standard hotel and government taxes do apply. If those charges are included in the package it will be clearly stated on the offer page, listed among the inclusions. Any feature not specifically listed in the inclusions is not included in the Exclusive Experience package price. Any applicable tax, service charge, or other charges not listed in the inclusions are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Q. How soon do I have to make my reservation request?

A.

You may make reservations with the travel provider after you receive verification of your Exclusive Experience package purchase which will be sent to you via email and also through the mail. In general, for best availability, we recommend you make your arrangements as soon as possible and ideally no less than 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. Your Exclusive Experience package sent in the mail will include reservation contact information.
